Sarah, if you're ready, let's go ahead and introduce the team and ourselves, and we'll, we'll get we'll dive right in. So, I'll go first. My name is Mike Weist. I run our marketing team here for Zimplant and Sugarwad. I was a ten year CrossFit affiliate, here in Columbia, Missouri. And I one thing I really love about being here at Daxko is that I get to work and talk with gym and studio owners every single day. It's, really one of the highlights that, you know, I feel like, you know, I could only impact a couple 100 people at any given time in my local community, but the work we get to do here, helps enable gym owners to to win and lead better lives and, you know, maybe have more impact on more people around the world. So we're so thankful you guys are here to join us. And with that, I'll pass it to Sarah. Hi, everyone. Thanks, Mike. My name is Sarah Sell. I live in Bend, Oregon. I don't recommend visiting this town from the months of December to April because you it's freezing all the time. I've been at Dexco for about a year now and I have the honor of leading our product team that manages Zen Planner, Engage, and Sugarwad. And I'm actually gonna I'll call out the three other presenters today, but I'll let them introduce themselves briefly as we go through the slides. The first is Cassandra. We call her Cass. You can also call her Cass if you want. She's pretty new to Daxko, but has a strong history in CrossFit and Functional Fit. She's our Product Manager for Zen Planner Mobile. Rebecca Parks also joined us in 2025. I'll let her give a little bit of background, and in terms of what brought her here and her, history in software. But she's our product manager for Zen Planner. And then Jordan, who's been at Daxko now for over six years, he is the product manager for SugarWad. And so we're gonna hear from each of them today. We can continue on to the next slide and we'll start to kind of before we get into the specific features, that we're gonna talk about today, I really wanted to start with kind of the bigger vision behind all the work that we've been doing. And so at the end of the day, our focus is pretty simple. We want gym owners, staff, and members to be able to do what they need to do, what they wanna do in Zen Planner Engage and SureWAD far more easily than they can do it today. And so on the SureWAD side today, you're actually gonna see some exciting more visible updates, features that really enhance the member athlete and coach experience. On the Zen Planner side, we're gonna take a look at some exciting new updates, but I will say our work here has been much more focused on improving a lot of the functionality that already exists today. So we've been tackle tackling some outdated screens, more clunky workflows, the places where it takes a little bit too many clicks to do something basic, or where we hear from you, you know, you kinda get lost in the product and unsure where to go from there. So having done that part at a few companies, taking something that's very, functionality heavy and robust and making it simpler and faster and more reliable, I am well aware that that type of modernization effort isn't always the flashiest, but it is the work that makes your day smoother and less frustrating. And so we've, made a lot of meaningful progress on this in 2025. And as we move into 2026, you're gonna see, I think, a marked difference in usability and reliability. And as always, these improvements are shaped directly by your feedback. We dig into thousands of support tickets, talk to our customer success and support teams every single day, and we read every NPS comment. If you give us a zero and leave a comment, we're happy to read it. If you give us a 10 and give us a comment, we're happy to read it, just because it's more feedback for us. And so where you, told us here's the things that slow us down, we've been working to remove those hurdles. And so at the top of this slide here, this is really what powers our progress is this feedback loop that we have with each of you. It is listening to your feedback, building, releasing, listening again. That's pretty much the heart of how we make product decisions. We don't build in a vacuum. We build alongside of you. And so this year, that collaboration has been incredibly strong. Just this core group of people, the the few people you see on, on our intro slides, we had a 112 customer calls, 42 in person visits, and every one of those conversations really helps us kind of understand where the friction is and what improvements would make the biggest difference in your day to day. And so, that feedback directly shaped the 30 feature releases that we did. We've seen a 50% reduction in incidents, and so that means uptime performance, 52% fewer open bugs, which obviously translates to, you know, a more stable and reliable reliable experience. And so while we are not perfect and no software product is, we are hyper focused on on that kind of improving that experience. Briefly, before we move on to the next slide, I wanna call out just a very sincere thank you to the early adopters of the new brand new ZenFlow Planner mobile app, which we're gonna take a look at here in a minute. Everyone who tested and reviewed the new Zen Planner dashboard that is now available to some of you, and our SugarWad partners. Your willingness to really participate in that feedback loop is exactly what helps us build better software, so thank you. It's really just the foundation for everything that we're doing to continue to try to modernize, all of these platforms. Alright. So here's where we're headed next. Our Zen Planner product managers are gonna start by walking you through the latest Zen Planner feature, spotlights, what's available today, what we're improving next. And then after that, we're gonna shift to SugarWad and see some of the more exciting enhancements rolling out there. And then we're gonna wrap up with a customer conversation. It's just a real world example of how one of our customers is using Zen Planner to grow their business. So with that, I am gonna hand it over to Cass, our mobile product manager, who's been leading the charge on the mobile experience. Thank you, Sarah. Hey, everyone. It's nice to meet you all. My name is Cassandra Cass, and, I've been at Zen or I've been at Daxko for just over six months, but I've been in CrossFit in the functional fitness space for the last, gosh, I'm gonna say fourteen years. Wow. And done everything from, working as a co gym owner and working as a coach and then also, competing. So it's a really it's really near and dear to my heart to be working on this project. And on the software side, I've been building apps specifically in the fitness world for the last six years. So everything that you're thinking through, functional fitness, martial arts, I've had a bit of of of passion behind that as well in the software space. So, on the next slide, let's jump into what we're doing specifically and what we have already launched for Zen Planner Boutique Mobile. We have successfully launched the new staff, functionality of the app. So I'm really excited for this milestone. It was incredible working alongside a lot of you, getting feedback, essentially bringing complete parity from the previous app to this new app so you can do everything that you previously were able to do along with a new sleek design and additional features, to keep your day moving fast. You know, this is really about bringing more functionality, like you heard last time, into the mobile app. You know, we wanna make sure that when you're doing your day, you don't feel tied down to your desktop unless you wanna be. So we wanna have that independence. We wanna make sure that you're able to do everything you need to in between your classes before and, you know, when you enter the gym and when you leave, right from your mobile app. So along with the parity, there are a couple of new features that we added to really nail down what we did, in terms of feedback and just, like, listening to what's gonna make this experience more optimized for you. So to highlight a couple here, there are special moments on the home page where you can kinda quickly see what birthdays, anniversaries for your members. And so if they're in class that day, it can make that connection so much easier, as well as member notes. So if a member has an injury or there's a note that you're thinking of in your head, you can quickly go ahead and add a note to that member profile, and your other staff members, can also see that note. So it's something that can be really valuable as you're thinking through and working with each of your clients and your members. Lastly, I'll just call out that the clock in, clock out. So the ability to time stamp, when you're in the gym and when you're leaving can now be completely done through your phone. Before, this was only in the studio, and so now you don't have to be tied to your desktop, and do additional admin steps there. So we're really excited about this app, but this isn't it. You know, we're gonna continue to listen to feedback, take advice, and, move forward with additional features. We have over 70% of our customers currently, downloading the app and using it. And so if you haven't already, I'll give you a little nudge if you wanna set scan that QR code, download the app, let me know what you think. You can rate it and and suggest features right from within the app, and that is a really helpful way for us to continue to make this better for you. And on the next slide, you can see that we're already getting some feedback. You know, the design is sleek. It has a more modern feel. Man, I remember when the original staff app for design planner came out, and so it's really cool to see how long, and far it's come since then. So excited for this, and, we're not done yet. So on the next slide, we have a lot of stuff exciting a lot of exciting things happening in 2026. On the staff side, feedback that we're already implementing include, you know, creating a task right inside that mobile app. If something's on the go, maybe you're on the mat or you're in between, you know, classes and you have something you wanna assign a task for or add a task, you can do it right within the app. You won't need to go to Studio for that, again, making it more optimized for your day to day without being tied to your desk. And then same thing with registering for events. If a member shows up, they haven't registered yet, you don't have to, you know, try to work through the crowd to get back to your desktop. You can do it right from your phone. And then the big one, which we're excited about and we're, you know, building right now, is the member functionality. So within the same app, you'll be able, as a member, to log in, to the member side functionality, and that'll really be focused on, you know, check ins, event registration, appointments, and billing management. So we're excited to to get going on that and make this app the absolute best that it can be for all of you. So this is really exciting, and, I'm excited to get some feedback and comments and and and keep, keep at it. So I will hand it off to Becca. Thanks, Cass. Hi, everyone. It's nice to meet you. I'm Rebecca Parks. I joined, Zim Planner and Daxko in April. While I don't have the, strong, fitness background that Cass does, I have been in product management for several years now, working on various products, with Calendly and Zendesk and a small, residential CRM team. But, I do play tennis regularly, and so that was one of the ways I, heard about Daxko. So to start off on the Zen Planner Studio updates, first, as Sarah was mentioning, we've really been focusing this year on simplifying the product for you and making it easier for you to use. And this first thing was our simplified navigation. So with this, you have a refreshed look and feel that simplifies your key paths. We also incorporated a favorite section so you can favorite those pages as you visit often and you don't have to look for them. Again, reducing those clicks that you have to take. Again, this was the first thing that we did for that simplified and modernized look and feel of Zen Planner. Next up, you'll see the same theme reflected in our dashboard and also our membership improvements. And so with carrying on this theme, our next thing that we worked on was our modernized dashboard. Now this is live for some customers. This is early access. We are rolling this out in phases. So if you would like to have access to this earlier, please drop a a note in the chat or let our team know, and we're happy to get this enabled for you. But we're super excited about this modern dashboard. It brings much more clear and visual charts that show you trends about how your business is doing over time. As you can see in the screenshot, we've got this organized into key insight cards for you. Again, these high level metrics that help you know how is my business doing. In addition to this, it's faster loading for your, you know, smoother daily workflows and is a modern streamlining experience. So, again, we're really excited to begin rolling this out. And if you would like access, just let us know. And the next thing that we've done, is to create a status page, for you to see, to create more transparency around when we are, running maintenance on our systems as well as when we have any downtime. So you can go and access this page at any time and see, what's happening, what upcoming maintenance is happening, and you can also see a historical data here as well if you ever need to. We will definitely drop, the link in the chat for you so that you can bookmark it. Again, you can access it anytime. And going back to our theme of a simplified modern Zen planner, what we are currently working on is an updated member management. And so this will be a much more intuitive way for you to manage the memberships, on your member profiles. We're thinking about, again, reducing those clicks, making it easier for you to take those common actions that you are doing all the time, and we would love your input. This is still something that is in progress. So if you would like to provide feedback on these early designs that we have, we're gonna drop a link in the chat and please sign up. We won't spend too much of your time. So if you can sign up for a quick thirty minute session, and you'll get to talk with myself, or our designer here and give, real time feedback on our membership updates before they go live. And finally, speaking of what's coming next, the membership management is something that we're actively working on, but in the future, we'll be looking into three really key areas such as improved member facing calendar and class booking, belt tracking and ranking, and an optimized family sign up. So if you would like to, be involved in any of this research, we would love to hear your feedback here. Again, as Sarah was saying, your feedback directly helps us, shape the future of the product and what features and functionality go in here. So we're gonna be dropping a poll here, and you can, sign up for if any of these are really, interesting to you or if you have any particular pain points around these, and we'll be reaching out to you, after the webinar. And with that, I will hand it over to Jordan. Awesome. Thanks, Rebecca. Hi, everyone. I'm Jordan. I live in Central Illinois. I have been with the Daxko team for six years and recently have taken over as the product manager for SugarWatt this year. I've been in the health and wellness space for, gosh, eleven years. Actually, fun fact, this morning, I was hit with a Facebook memory. I got my first ring muscle up eleven years ago today at my local CrossFit gym. So I've been doing CrossFit for, quite a while, but I am super passionate. So forgive me if I talk fast. I love all things SugarWatt. I love what we're doing. So we're gonna scroll through some feature spotlights here. And ultimately, I just kinda wanna I'll do my best, but if you have follow-up questions more around specificity of what the feature accomplishes or its intended purpose or use, hit up the chat. Would love, love, love to talk more about that and answer those questions at the end. So let's jump right in and go to the next slide. So you've probably noticed we've been making some changes in the mobile app. So our goal was to make the experience faster, cleaner, and more engaging, not only for athletes slash members, but also staff. So for members, the WAD now shows the number of movements or workouts for the day. No scrolling. I'm trying to figure out how many components there are. So you'll see that number 10 there on the screen on the right side next to the word workout. And ultimately, we tried to update the layout so it'd be easier to connect with others who are also doing that same workout of the day. So you'll see that comments tab that's next to the word workouts on that screen. As far as staff goes, we also introduced threaded replies. And I think this is so cool because a lot of the feedback that we got was, hey. I have an athlete that posts a comment way up here, and so a bunch of other athletes also post comments, and then I don't respond to their comment until I'm, like, the tenth comment. Well, now you can thread or reply directly to those comments. So, ultimately, what we're after here in this series of updates that you're seeing is a new mobile experience that's simple and modern, ultimately reducing friction between you as staff or coaches and your members. Speaking of coaches, one of the quotes that we received about the app is, hey. I really love this app. It makes it so easy to track my classes and keep up with everybody. And that's exactly what we're gonna try to continue to do as we build more features and continue on this mobile redesign as well as give more tools for our coaches on the web. But continuing with mobile, let's move on to the next slide. I wanna talk about, some changes we made around community. So we also rebuilt the Friends experience and renamed it Community. So it's really the central place where US coaches, gym owners can connect with your athletes outside of the gym. So everything now happens in one feed. Comments, photos, celebrations for PRs, making daily interactions simple and consistent. It's really our lightweight version of a Facebook group, if you will. Obviously, more features and enhancements coming to the functionality of this screen. And it's really a place for there to be encouragement, support, recognition, encourage everyday engagement, which ultimately increases the sense of community at your gym. And as a result, we've actually watched the usage and engagement of this page explode. So in November 2024, we actually saw there would be 700 unique engagement engagements, and now this year, in November 2025, over 11,000. So I'm seeing coaches out there. I'm seeing athletes out there posting selfies in the gym, posting workout results, encouraging one another. It's become a great tool to keep community happening in and out of the gym. Alright. Next up, another feature that is live in the mobile app today is notes. We got quite a bit of feedback around, hey. I'd love to be able to just take a note, but I don't want everybody to see it. That was common feedback we were getting from athletes. And so we've improved how athletes capture notes after workout. So if you pay attention to the screen over there on the right, you can now share public notes when you want encouragement or feedback from the community or your coach. And then you can also keep private notes, personal tracking, reflections, really anything you want to see but you don't want visible to others. This really gives the athletes the freedom to share what matters and to keep the rest personal. Important note here, as a coach, you cannot see their private notes. So if an athlete is making a comment about their workout result, it needs to be a public note for you in order for you to see it as a coach. So just an important distinguishing factor there. Alright. I've got two more slides. Next up, things that are coming soon. So if you remember what I just showed you a few slides back, now this picture looks slightly different. Okay? So we're making some more enhancements to deepening the member journey and redesigning the profile. So if you look in the upper right hand corner, you're gonna see a little profile image. We are gonna redesign how we review, how we allow athletes to review workout history and track their progress over time. So the profile's gonna go from the bottom nav up to the top right. It's gonna slide open, and we're gonna have a brand new experience. So that's coming coming up here. In addition to that, we're also streamlining a way for members to quickly switch between gyms and online subscriptions. So we have a handful of, obviously, a few gym owners that maybe subscribe to affiliate programming. But then we also have athletes who might do marketplace programming and then also visit a physical gym. They want the ability to switch back and forth seamlessly. So these updates to the gym switcher, I'll call it, underneath the name Megan there on this on the picture on the right, really makes the app more intuitive and helps the athletes stay connected to all parts of their fitness journey inside and out of the gym. Alright. I've got one more slide. I am sorry. I'm really excited about this one. Okay? So this is something that athletes have been coming to us asking for quite some time. I did a handful of surveys, got 20,000 responses. And, yes, there's a lot of things we could build and should build, but this one took the cake as far as what athletes are looking for in the mobile app. And that is the ability to record a run. Yes. So we are bringing run tracking directly into SugarWatts. So athletes will soon be able to record outdoor runs using GPS right within the app. And it's also automatically logged as a workout, so it'd show up in your workout history without any extra steps. So it makes it easy for athletes to track progress, monitor pace. We'll eventually include health wearables to this so you can track your heart rate and your distance with your watch or your Garmin or your Apple Watch or your Fitbit. So that's coming in the future, ultimately helping you improve your performance in the gym and then out of the gym. So for me, I love this. I'm gonna start using this right away. I have long runs on Saturday mornings. So when I'm using the app in the gym, that's great, but I want something to be able to track my long runs on Saturday morning. So I'm super excited, for how we're bringing more ways to track your workouts in and out of the gym with Sugar Rod, and that is it. So thank you. From here, I'm gonna pass it over to Mike. Oh, Mike, you're muted too. You're just so excited. You're still on mute. I was just talking about how excited you are about the run functionality. You've been talking about that for. a while, so that's great. Ecstatic. It's awesome. That's awesome. Well, thank you. Thank you, everyone. I wanted to spend a few moments, and introduce you all to Matt Klinger from Village Fitness and Physical Therapy. One of the things when I was building and growing my gym is I love to learn from other gym owners that were doing different things in their business. So I met Matt about a little over a year ago, and we started talking about AI automation. Matt was opening or had just opened a second location. He was growing it. So I wanted to spend a few minutes just having a conversation with Matt and see if there's anything that may inspire you, and then see how Matt is leveraging, Zen Planner Engage in his facility. So with that, Matt, welcome. Thanks for joining us. Thanks for having me. Awesome. So, Matt, let's just kinda begin. What started you on this journey? Right? You you you have one location. Now you want you did a second location. I know you're thinking about even more. Why is that? Why not just stay in in one location? I mean, I I think as a a business owner, as a gym owner, if you're not trying to grow, you're gonna go backwards. Like, there's no stagnation. You either are growing or you're decaying. And I just I think it's really fun and exciting to try and grow something. And I think our first location, you know, we we knew that we had something special, but we weren't sure if it was like we have a special business model or did we just have great people. And when we opened the second location, you know, now we're two years in, and it's, you know, going pretty well. And now we're like, okay. Now we have we we have a good business model that we can scale and grow. It's just really fun to to see it see it grow and see people get helped. Like like you guys were talking about being able to help gym owners. Like, I'm in this because I I get to help older adults to to thrive and and be strong. So that's super exciting for me. Yeah. You know, you and I talked a lot over the last year or so. Tell us a little about what was it exciting to you about Engage, and and what are some things you're leveraging Engage Engage to, you know, scale your business model across multi locations? Well, I'll tell you the the reason we switched to Engage was because we started a second location, and we had a just a hodgepodge of different softwares that we were stringing together. We had a different software for our text platform, a different software for our call platform, a different software for website forms. And somebody told me about Engage and like, oh, it it brings all of that together. And the best part is it links with Zen Planner. Like, it will communicate back and forth based on the contacts. So I was in. When when they said that the CRM would communicate with Zen Planner, they had me hook, line, and sinker, at that. So that's that's been huge for us. It's it's been incredible to just just really simply take a contact that fills out a form on our website and automatically put them in Zen Planner Studio. And then to be able to communicate about whether they're a member or not, I know that sounds kind of trivial, but that gives us really good data. And for the first time ever, we now know Facebook lead, they signed up. It's all automatically tracked within, within Engage. So we have really good data now on where people are coming from, and what stage they are within the business. Yeah. So, you know, earlier this year, we launched our conversation and voice AI in the engaged platform. As I've gotten feedback from our clients on AI, everybody's a little there's a little hesitation there. You know, it's another thing to learn, another thing to do. They're also running their business coaching classes, you know, cleaning, doing sales appointments. You know what it's like being a a gym owner. I know you're a big adopter, and you're leveraging it, obviously, across two locations. Can you talk a little bit about what you're doing, around conversation AI and what gym owners should think about when adopting AI into their gym, in their day to day operations. Well, the way I think about it now compared to when I first started is it's like a brand new employee in a brand new role. What I've learned running a business is that when you have a brand new role, brand new employee, it takes a while to figure it out, like, to to build out the success description that actually makes sense to train people to that and to get them to the point where they're productive and effective. And so I don't think AI is any different. I think and I think the what you get out of any AI tool is what you put in at this point. It's not some, like, magic bullet. It works really well when you when you actually know how to use it and put the work in to give it the information it needs to do its job. But just like a a regular employee, if you don't tell it what to do and train it and give it clear expectations, like, it's it's not gonna succeed. So so so that's been my journey with it over the last year. It's like figuring out more what I need to do to to set it up for success. And so now today, just just last month, the month of November, the Conversation AI text booked 23 appointments, for phone calls at our gym across our two gyms, which is nuts. That used to take, an actual person a ton of time. And the big the big problem that we had previously was that we didn't have very quick response time to people. So it was taking us hours or even sometimes we wouldn't get back to people till the next day. And it like, the speed to lead response is is really crucial when it comes to lead conversion. Because people are interested right now, in an hour from now, they're half as interested. And by tomorrow, they don't even remember that they filled out that Facebook form. They they'll they'll tell you what form. Like, how did you get my contact information? I'm like, well, Facebook told me that you filled out this form. I'm pretty sure you did, but they don't remember. So, anyways, did that answer your question? Yeah. No. That that's exactly it. Speed to lead is is crucial. And I you know, when I was running my gym, I had those same experiences, right, where people fill out Facebook or even on the website. And by the time we actually were able to talk with them, they were like, you are you know, how did you get my information? So yeah. Yep. Great. So, Matt, is there anything else you wanna share? You know, I think, you know, you've had a really awesome journey scaling, you know, into the second location. I I think you told me the other day that you're looking at location number three. But anything that you wanna share with others on the audience just around whether it's, you know, how to grow the business, how to build good systems and process, or, I'll leave it open ended for you. Yeah. I mean, I think just like with AI, what you get out of any software tool is dependent on what you put in. And especially with something like Engage that has a ton of functionality and features, like, it will it will do a lot for you, and it will work very well if you're if you're willing to put in the work and and make it happen and and set it up for success. Something that we've been building and are are really excited about is our new lead automation. So we now split new leads based on their relationship with us when they come in. So if somebody fills out a form on our website or a form on Meta, we split them if they've had any interaction with us before, if they're an alumni that's been in our program before, if they're already a client, or if they're brand new, and then based on where they came from. So we have all these different trees within this automation, and then we, integrated, like, an AI, chat GPT prompt within engage that goes and pulls their attribution data as to where they came from and then communicates with them in a way that's personalized to them. So for example, somebody filled out a form from Google on our website, on our physical therapy page, and they'd interacted with us before. So the the AI thing sent them a text message and said, Hey, saw you filled out a form on Google. Saw you came from Google, filled out a form on the website, interested in physical therapy. I know we've interacted before. What can I do to help? And they responded right back because it seems like a real human. Whereas if you've been a client at a business before, been to a business before, and they communicate with you like they've never heard of you, even if that's a real person, that feels really impersonal. So now we're we're leveraging AI to communicate with people based on more specific data that we have, and and engage gives us that, which is cool. That's awesome. Great. Any party any party words? Words of inspiration? I think I think that I would just encourage people to be really disciplined about their organization of everything. And how you do one thing is is how you do everything. Be determined to be the the type of person that is like, I'm gonna be super organized in how I set up my memberships and my discounts and my automations. I'm I'm actually not naturally organized, but I've I realized how important it was for me to force myself to be. And so I just I made the choice to do that. And I think that's paid big dividends for us business wise because without that, you just can't scale. That was what I learned going from one to two locations was there's just absolutely no way we're going to be able to have two locations and be successful if I'm not really, really organized. So I would just encourage people that's that's not like the the sexiest business advice, but I think that that's really powerful and and people should take it to heart. Awesome. Well, Matt, thank you so much for joining us today, and sharing those words of encouragement with, you know, peers in the in the industry. So really, really appreciate your time. Yep. You're welcome. Thanks for having me. Yep. K. If we could go back just oh, okay. Alright. So, AI automation, we have seen on the Zen Planner side so much impact of leveraging automation across a variety of fitness businesses, whether you're martial arts, you know, functional fitness, CrossFit, you know, fencing, yoga, etcetera, etcetera. So we put together this really great guide called AI automation, growth guides. So take out your phones, take a quick picture of the QR code, and get that resource from us. It has a lot of different playbooks and automations you can build into your your business and help you scale your scale your time. Okay? One thing I wanna just reintroduce if you haven't seen it before, we have a customer success team here, and every new person that signs up with Zim Planner gets assigned a customer success, professional. And their role really is to help you build best practices in your business as well as learn the software to drive, you know, to strong adoption, but also impact your business. So we thought this would be a great opportunity to reintroduce that and let you know if you're on the call and you would like to have a conversation with our customer success team, just let us know in the chat, and we'll have our team reach out to you and schedule a time where you guys can hop on and say, hey. Am I getting the most out of Zim Planner? Am I getting the most out of Engage? What are some opportunities for me? What are my goals for 2026? And how can we help help you implement and execute that in our different platforms? So, trust me as somebody who did customer success for a long time in a previous life and obviously did that with my members, This would be worth your time because there's always things we can do better in our business, and, we have some really great people on that team, that just love spending time with you and helping you, you know, figure out how the best way to, you know, grow and optimize your business. So alright. With that, we're gonna get in the q and a. I wanna show one more thing. We've brought on some really great partners on the SugarWAD side, Rooted Enabled, Quad Science, Mutant Temple, Boulder Athletes, and eMongo. So if you haven't checked those out in the Sugarweb Marketplace, this is one of the things I did in my gym to really scale my time was leverage these experts that are good at group gym programming. And I heard highly encourage you to check these new partners out. They are all new as of this year, and we'd love to, get your feedback on that. So with that, ready for some q and a. So I know there's been some comments in the chat and questions in the chat. So, if you have any questions, feel free to drop them in the chat. I think we even have some q and a, that had come through. So, Sarah, do you wanna rejoin me or anybody else from the the panel? I can absolutely do that. We've been I'm trying to go through. I feel like we've at least replied in the thread to most of them. Oh, and we got the QR code back up. Great. Thank you. Yeah. I saw a lot of interest on the dashboard. That's super exciting. You know, I know there was a lot of work that went into building that. Yep. And, Billy, we'll get you connected to customer success team, of course. See. Oh, there was a question about is engage in SugarWAD separate payments from ZP, Matt. If you're able to expand I'm not sure if I'm interpreting your question correctly. So will you expand in the comments what you mean there? Lance, will there be a recording of the presentation available to share? I'm sure there will be. Yes. We will follow-up after. this. We'll get an automated email with a link to it. Yep. Of course. Does anyone need does anyone want the QR codes flash for the mem the new staff app again? Would that be helpful? It may be worth just putting up there instead of only seeing Mike and my faces. Yeah. If you scan that, you can see iOS on the bottom left, Andrew on the right. And then, yeah, Rebecca's pitching again, providing feedback on the updated membership section. So if you go, click on that link, you can automatically schedule time with our fabulous UX designer. There are a lot of pages and screens related to managing your members, memberships and billing, and so we're trying to minimize all of those. And so your feedback would be helpful. Let's see. Matt said they seem to be different programs and even logins. Do you pay for each one? Oh, that's what you mean. Yes. You do. You pay for, them separately. Yep. March, Matt, I would can, Matt, oh, go ahead. can get, your account manager to reach out to you to just showcase any of our, you know, promotional on how how to get those things set up. So, I'll grab your email and, make an introduction. And then, Marsha, we can connect you to either our customer success team or our support team to help you. Any other questions? I think we've addressed most of them. Oh, is there a timeline for a new member app similar to the staff app? Someone asked about that earlier, in the chat, but I replied in the thread. It's very easy to miss, the replies there. So, yeah, we have the new staff app available now to all, staff, obviously. Then the member facing side will be available in 2026. Those will start moving people over in 2026. That will be one app that is available to staff and members instead of two separate apps which exist today. Of course, Hailey. Any other questions, comments? Yay for one app. Of course. Yes. Yeah. We are really excited about this. The new staff app genuinely has I mean, not only is it, like, more UI friendly, it's more beautiful. It has more features in it than the old one does. And so far, I mean, we're hearing some really good stuff about it, so we're excited about it. Please do start using it and give us feedback. Yeah. Thanks, Hailey. Of course. I mean, it is kind of our job to share this information for you and to make your lives easier. So we're we're we're trying. We're doing it. Any other questions in the chat? I tried to set up an appointment for today, and it didn't work in the new app. Cass, maybe you can look into that, Matt's experience on the new staff app, and we can follow-up with him. I don't I don't think we're aware of a bug with making appointments. So, we'll dig into it and follow-up, Matt. You're welcome. Alright. Well, if there aren't any more questions, we'll let you guys get a few, minutes back in your day. Oh, we do have one one more comment. just a comment. Mhmm. Okay. Yeah. It looks great. Excited. Yep. Awesome. Thank thanks so much, Paul. Yeah. Well, thank you all for joining us. We really appreciate I know it's hard to spend forty five minutes to an hour, out of your busy, busy days.
